By accessing or using Indexably ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
Description of Service
Indexably is an AI-driven SaaS platform that analyzes webpages to score their optimization for AI-generated answers from large language models. The Service provides AI visibility scores, recommendations, and analytics.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain security of your credentials, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Subscription Plans and Payments
Free Trial: 7-day free trial with Freelancer features. Freelancer: $19.99/month, 150,000 tokens, 1 project. Business: $49.99/month, 500,000 tokens, up to 10 projects. Enterprise: $149.99/month, 2,000,000 tokens, up to 30 projects. All paid plans include enhanced AI recommendations, JavaScript rendering, scan history, and export reports. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at end of billing period. One downgrade per billing cycle.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, infringe IP rights, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, disrupt the Service, scan websites without authorization, or exceed usage limits through automated means.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality are owned by Front Brain LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
Data and Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Anonymized, aggregated data from publicly accessible pages may be retained for platform benchmarking.
Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
This Service uses AI technology including third-party APIs. AI-generated analysis is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy. Users are responsible for verifying recommendations and any decisions made based on them. Front Brain LLC is not liable for actions taken based on Service output.
Limitation of Liability
Front Brain LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that results will be accurate or reliable. AI visibility scores are estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive measures of content performance.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and associated data may be deleted.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting new Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
