Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Indexably. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund. Requests after 14 days may receive a pro-rated refund based on unused tokens. Refunds are not available for fully consumed token allocations.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support@indexably.io with your account email and reason for the refund request. We process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for partial months after the 14-day window.
