Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial
All new users receive a 7-day free trial with access to Freelancer plan features. No payment information is required to start your trial, and you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
Subscription Billing
Freelancer Plan: $19.99/month. Business Plan: $49.99/month. Enterprise Plan: $149.99/month. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Scan history and data retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Refund Policy
Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase may be eligible for a full refund. Requests after 7 days are evaluated case-by-case. Partial month refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations. Subscriptions active more than 30 days, accounts terminated for ToS violations, and fully consumed tokens are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Contact indexablysupport@frontbrain.io with your account email and reason for the refund request. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Service Interruptions
In the event of significant service outages or disruptions that affect your ability to use the Service, we may offer billing credits or refunds at our discretion. Please contact support if you experience extended service issues.
